The Founder

Ahmad Sultan, Ph.D., P.Eng., is an engineering professional and a community catalyst.  By virtue of education, profession, personality and approach, he excels in solving new and complex problems by building and empowering high-performance teams to get results that exceed expectation within time and budget.
As a community builder, the social responsibility is the passion that drives him to build unique organizations that contribute to the overall welfare of people, and make a difference in the future ahead. By integrating diversity, he meshes thoughts to create new opportunities hidden in a global social and economic turbulence. He navigates through team building to bring social and economic growth opportunities to local communities, providing quality of work life, reviving values, exercising earth stewardship.
Through interactions in diversity in community at work, school district and scouting, he founded the American Youth Movement, a NFP community turnaround organization, “Integrating Diversity”, to empower youth for next generation leadership challenges.  In business, he established, late 2009, Celenium Corporation, “BEST People Solving Tough Challenges”, a multi-disciple solution provider in Business, Energy, Systems, and Technology. Dr. Sultan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Canada.
His goal for the AYM is to become a high-performance NFP with the widest social impact in the history of the USA.
