The American Youth Movement
A Community Turn-around Organization (NFP)
“We Plant a Seed of a Unique Civilization by Integrating Diversity”

The principles we will operate under to accomplish our mission and vision are based on the common grounds among mankind, and builds upon the values of the founders of the USA.

Our beliefs demonstrate the values we hold, and rules we work under. We believe that:

1.	The USA is one nation under God.
2.	There is no compulsion in religion.
3.	Humanity is one brotherhood. All people are equal like teeth of a comb.
4.	Perfection in character, for individuals and society, is the foundation on which civilization is built.
5.	Justice, goodness, and liberality to kith and kin are means and measures for the quality life.
6.	Enjoining good, and forbidding evil is the mechanism to maintain the health of the nation
7.	Community service is the mechanism of social compassion.
8.	Wisdom, and good advice is the media of communication of the ideals we hold. The best form of dialogue is the due course in handling differences.
9.	Unethical and immoral conducts should be addressed with good advice, and the appropriate laws to repel social harm. Repelling evil precedes brining benefits. Repelling evil should not results is a worse replacing it.
10.	Compassion across the world, protecting human rights, and establishing peace, justice and being witness to truth, even if truth is not in our side, is part of our duty towards fellow humans outside the country.
11.	Mercy must accompany the application of knowledge.
12.	It is man’s responsibility to maintain the wellness of the earth environment, its inhabitants, and the sound use of its resources.

Perspective
We view ourselves as a sample from mainstream people of the world. We are a force of moderation to empower the community and nation to goodness. We are facilitators of dialog among respected and positive looking scholars and leaders, integrators of ideals, providers of intellectual materials to support this mission, and the related training. We extend our hands to work with individuals and organizations interested in our mission.

Goal
Our objective is to adjust the mindsets of individuals, communities, and organizations to summits that are way beyond nationality, race, and ethnicity. This is a shift from knowing differences to integrating and shaping capabilities. It is a move form recognizing diversity to a unique human civilization, then to globalizing civilization.
Note: We believe that the resulting paradigm shift will raise personal self-esteem, value of life, respect to others, reduce ill feelings, expedite resolving community issues, and bring peace and truth-based justice. Moreover, faith-based communities would have a better appreciation to the Creator.

Approach
	Shared ownership of the idea.
Note: To the world, we, the people of the USA, demonstrate the following: “Given the heritage from the diverse immigrants to this nation, here is what we produced.”
	Firm belief in the mission, precise understanding of the values, sincerity in intentions, thoughtful planning of the stages, excellent execution of steps, perseverance, and no anticipation of seeing final results in our lifetime.
Note: we are planting a tree that we will not sit under its shade, but for future generations to live a better life. This tree is reflected in achieving an unprecedented class of human civilization.
Metrics and Milestones
The short-term measure of progress is the incorporation of the mission, vision, and values into the mission statements of the individuals, institution, and organizations.
The mid-term measure is the establishment of programs, education, and training towards the mission.
The long-term measure of success is future generations blend the habits and cultures of the diverse communities in USA, and produce a unique flavor of civilization that can be witnessed in the civilization centers/hubs—Metropolitan USA.
